Build complete web and mobile products, from database to UI, including products like nijam. You will own features end to end and ship them to real users.

About the role

You will work on small, senior teams building products quickly and carefully. You will touch the whole stack, make pragmatic architecture calls, and integrate AI features that actually help users. We value engineers who can move fast without leaving a mess.

What you will do

Design and build features end to end, across frontend and backend.
Model data and design clean REST and GraphQL APIs.
Integrate AI, payments, auth, and third-party services into the product.
Ship to production with attention to performance, security, and reliability.
Write tests and meaningful documentation for what you build.
Review code and help shape pragmatic engineering standards.
Debug production issues and improve observability over time.

What we are looking for

3+ years of professional full-stack development.
Strong JavaScript and TypeScript, with React or React Native.
Node.js or Python on the backend and solid API design.
Comfort with SQL and NoSQL databases and cloud deployment.
A product mindset and the ability to own a feature from idea to launch.

Nice to have

Next.js, mobile development, CI/CD, AWS, and automated testing.
Experience integrating LLM or other AI features into products.

What success looks like

In 30 days: you have shipped a feature to production.
In 90 days: you own a product area end to end.
In 6 months: you are raising the bar on quality and velocity for the team.
