Keep our finances accurate, compliant, and on time, and support day-to-day India operations. You will be the person who makes sure the numbers are right.
About the role
You will own the day-to-day finance and accounting operations for our India entity: books, invoicing, compliance, and reporting. You are precise, dependable, and proactive, and you flag issues before they become problems.
What you will do
- Own bookkeeping, invoicing, and accounts payable and receivable.
- Support payroll processing and vendor and expense management.
- Handle GST and TDS compliance, filings, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly reports, MIS, and support audits.
- Maintain clean records and improve finance processes over time.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years in accounting or finance.
- Hands-on with Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
- Working knowledge of Indian tax (GST, TDS) and statutory compliance.
- Strong Excel and attention to detail.
- B.Com or M.Com, or CA Inter.
Nice to have
- Progress toward CA or CMA, ERP experience, and FP&A exposure.
- Experience supporting a fast-growing services or tech company.
What success looks like
- In 30 days: you own day-to-day books and invoicing.
- In 90 days: compliance and reporting run on time without reminders.
- In 6 months: you have tightened controls and improved finance processes.
