About the role

You will own the mobile experience end to end: building, releasing, and improving apps that real users keep on their home screen. You care about performance, offline behavior, and the small details that make an app feel polished.

What you will do

Build iOS and Android apps with React Native or Flutter.
Integrate APIs, push notifications, deep links, and offline support.
Own app store submissions, releases, and post-launch performance.
Profile and fix performance, memory, and battery issues.
Collaborate with design and backend on a polished, native-feeling experience.

What we are looking for

2+ years building and shipping mobile apps.
React Native or Flutter, with JavaScript and TypeScript or Dart.
Comfort with REST APIs and the full app store deployment process.
An eye for mobile UX and performance.

Nice to have

Native modules, CI/CD for mobile, analytics, and crash reporting.
Offline-first patterns and local data sync.

What success looks like

In 30 days: you have shipped a build to TestFlight or Play Console.
In 90 days: you own a released app's roadmap and quality.
In 6 months: you have measurably improved performance and retention.
