What you will do

Assist with data collection, cleaning, validation, and documentation.
Write and improve SQL queries under guidance from senior analysts.
Build and maintain reports and simple dashboards.
Support analyses and help prepare clear stakeholder presentations.
Keep datasets, metric definitions, and processes well documented.

What we are looking for

0 to 2 years of experience, or a strong fresh graduate.
Foundational SQL and confident spreadsheet skills.
A genuinely analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn quickly and act on feedback.
A degree in a quantitative or related field, or equivalent project work.

Nice to have

Any Python, exposure to a BI tool, or relevant internships.
A portfolio of data projects, even academic or personal ones.

What success looks like

In 30 days: you are productive in SQL and the team's tools.
In 90 days: you own recurring reports and small analyses independently.
In 6 months: you are trusted with end-to-end analysis on a domain.
