About the role

You will own sourcing and hiring across technical and operations roles in India. You are part recruiter, part brand ambassador, part operator: scouting strong profiles, running a tight process, and giving every candidate a great experience.

What you will do

Proactively source and scout profiles across LinkedIn, Naukri, and other channels.
Screen candidates, run first conversations, and coordinate interviews end to end.
Own the hiring pipeline and keep the applicant tracking clean and current.
Drive employer branding and a warm, professional candidate experience.
Support onboarding, documentation, and core HR operations.
Partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like for each role.

What we are looking for

2+ years in recruitment or HR, ideally with technology hiring exposure.
Hands-on with sourcing tools, boolean search, and outreach.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Strong familiarity with the India talent market and salary benchmarks.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable owning a process.

Nice to have

Technical recruiting experience and ATS proficiency.
Employer branding, campus hiring, or vendor management experience.

What success looks like

In 30 days: you are running active searches and a clean pipeline.
In 90 days: you have closed your first hires and improved time-to-hire.
In 6 months: you own talent acquisition for India end to end.
